Chainring Performance provides training guides, a client dashboard, and coaching plans. Paid coaching packages and payment are handled through Everfit, a third-party platform, not directly by us.
3. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
Tier upgrades, downgrades, and payment are arranged through Everfit's checkout. Refunds and billing disputes are subject to Everfit's own terms unless otherwise agreed with us directly.
5. Acceptable Use
Don't misuse the service — no attempting to access other users' accounts, reverse-engineering the platform, or using it for anything unlawful.
6. Intellectual Property
All guides, programs, and content on this site belong to Chainring Performance unless stated otherwise. You may use them for your own personal training, not for resale or redistribution.
7. Third-Party Services
The service integrates with Everfit and, optionally, Strava. We're not responsible for the availability or performance of those third-party platforms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chainring Performance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
